Drink Yourself Lean
So today's tip is super simple but massively underrated! Make sure you drink enough water! Hydration is underestimated by the vast majority of people, up to 90% of your body weight comes from water. Consuming the correct amount of water on a daily basis for your body type will reap huge rewards, these include:
Increase fat metabolism aka FAT LOSS
Reduced fatigue
Improve digestion
Healthier Joints
Healthier teeth and bones
Healthier skin
So how much water do you need?
How much water you need to consumer varies on a number of factors, these include your bodyweight/type, your activity levels aka how much your training and also the climate(the hotter it is the more you need)
As a general rule I would recommend an ABSOLUTE minimum of 4 liters per day, this sounds like a lot but if you break it up over a day its nothing, I personally drink around 6-8 liters per day.

AIM TO DRINK A MINIMUM OF 4 LITRES OF WATER PER DAY
One of the best ways to start your day off right is by drinking 0.5litres of cold water before breakfast when you take your multivitamins and health supplements (we will come onto this)
An easy tip is to remember to carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go and keep sipping throughout the day.
